About Us

EHI and Us

Earth Harmony Initiatives exists to restore balance between people and nature through long-term commitment, shared responsibility, and careful action. Grounded in the understanding that people are part of nature, not separate from it, the organisation works to strengthen relationships between communities, ecosystems, and the environments they depend on.

Its approach is based on continuity rather than immediacy. The work focuses on listening, learning, and supporting processes that already exist, with the aim of building solutions that are relevant, durable, and shaped by those closest to them. EHI does not position itself as a solution, but as a participant, contributing to systems that require time, trust, and ongoing care.

The team

EHI has been built by two cousins Natalie Jarvis and German Gomez, brought together by a shared understanding of care for both people and the natural world. Their work reflects a long-standing interest in the connection between environmental stewardship and social development, approached with curiosity, responsibility, and respect for context.

They are joined by Rafael Boren, director and investor and the person that allowed this to project to become a reality, whose involvement supports the long-term continuity of the organisation. Together, they guide the work with a focus on thoughtful collaboration, sustained commitment, and a belief that meaningful change is built over time, through collective effort rather than individual action.
